Terms of Service
1. The Service
MyWedding.bg provides personalized digital wedding invitation design. Each invitation is crafted from the client's chosen template and delivered as a web page with a unique address.
2. Orders & Payment
An order is accepted upon successful payment. Prices are final, VAT included. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery is 7–21 business days. Express delivery (within 72 hours) is available as an add-on.
4. Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of design revision rounds. Information updates (dates, times, venues) are unlimited until the event day.
5. Design Rights
Designs remain the property of MyWedding.bg. The client receives a perpetual license to use the finished invitation for their personal event.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Before design work begins, orders may be cancelled with a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are agreed case by case.
